Ted joined Carroll Heyd Chown in 2000 after several years of insurance related litigation in Toronto and entered the partnership in 2005.

Ted practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation, including insurance defence, personal injury, occupiers’ liability, fire, property, automobile, & casualty claims. Ted’s practice also includes a focus on municipal liability & employment law.
