Kevin was a founding partner of the firm in 1979 after practicing insurance related litigation for several years in both Barrie and Toronto. Kevin was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 1981 and received the Law Society Medal for outstanding contribution to the legal profession in 2004.
Kevin served as the President of the Canadian Bar Association 2009/2010.

He practices exclusively insurance related litigation including personal injury, property, casualty, professional liability, occupiers’ liability, and product liability claims.
Kevin has also served with the Canadian Forces in the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery, and the Office of the Judge Advocate General. This affiliation continues to this day as both a member of the Senate and Honourable Guard of the Grey & Simcoe Foresters Regiment. D.
