Roger joined Carroll Heyd Chown in 1994 and entered the partnership in 2000.
Roger practices exclusively insurance related litigation, including personal injury, automobile, occupiers’ liability, fire, property, casualty, disability and subrogation claims. Roger is also a Professional Engineer and brings this knowledge & expertise to his practice.
